Okay, we will call the planning commission meeting scheduled on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026 at 4 p.m. at the Hastings Municipal Airport, 3300 West 12th Hastings, Nebraska. Call the meeting to order. Can would you give this the roll call, Melissa? Joe Kendig. Yes. Rick Schnazy. Yes. Craig Hubbard? Yep. Lou Coley. Greg Center. Yes. Chuck Rosenberg. Yes. Shannon Adler. Yes. Sean Rossi. James Carson. Sarah Bruce. Yes. We have a quorum. Thank you. Well, everybody please stand for the pledge allegiance. I pledge appreciation to the flag. For which it stands. One nation under God. Indivisible with liberty and justice for all. Before we get started, I'd like to welcome a new commissioner and an alternate, Sarah Bruce, to the commission. And I'm sure we'll see a lot of you as the alternate is a very important position to us as we're always having one member short for sure. So thank you. James Carson, who isn't here tonight, was also uh appointed to the commission as well. So I'm sure we'll see him in the future. And I want to thank the mayor for uh filling the commission. We finally have uh enough commissioners and you can see we're good for a quorum today. Uh can I get a motion to adopt the current agenda for the planning commission? So moved. Move by Greg. Second, please. Second. Second by Rick. Uh any uh questions or anything on it. If not, please vote. Oh, thank you. All votes received. And that passes seven to zero. Uh item number five is citizens' communications only for agenda items not related to a public hearing. So we do have one public hearing today. If you have comments to make on that, you'll get an opportunity to speak when we open that uh public hearing
