8:30

The rate before you is 0.5 mil.

8:33

It is the same rate Hart has a levy every year shown on this table.

8:37

The property appraiser certifies a tax value of a 181 billion dollars for FY 2027 at a 0.5 mil that produce a 90 uh 90.5 million dollar to be levied.

8:53

According to the board policy, we budget at a uh 95 percent of the levy, so the figure carries into the budget is 86 million dollars.

9:03

That is a 3.1 uh million dollars more than FY 2026 budget.

9:09

It's increase of 3.7 percent.

9:12

It is the smallest increase in the 10 years from this table.

9:20

The rollback rate for FY 2027 is at 0.4888 mills.

9:28

Because we are holding at a 0.5 mil on the taxable value rose, our rate is 2.29 percent above rollback.

9:37

Florida law requires that comparison that completes the millage presentation.

9:44

I'm happy to take your questions.

9:49

Okay.
