My name is Brent Cole with Granite Engineering here tonight representing the Doris Labby Trust for property at the end of Casey Drive.

I believe we sent some plans that maybe we could bring up on the screen.

Uh but in while we're waiting on those, there is a 17-acre parcel.

Uh being questioned today with frontage along Casey.

Uh the property is undeveloped.

It is zone density.

There are some wetlands on the site, and you'll be able to see that in the plan.

But the goal out here is to put a two-lot subdivision on the property.

Plenty of acreage for it, uh, but we are lacking frontage.

Uh so we'll be going in front of the zoning board for a variance to subdivide the park 25 feet of frontage instead of wider.

In order to do so, um, with a either scenario, whether it stays a one-lot subdivision or one lot parcel or a two-lot subdivision, there has to be a driveway that gets put in here.

And because of the wetlands and the way that they are wetlands are configured, there will be some wetland impacts that will be involved with that driveway.
