A special meeting of the Horry County Council was called to order at 4:00 p.m. on April 22, 2025, in the Council Chambers, Government & Justice Building, Conway, SC. Following the invocation and Pledge of Allegiance, the council immediately entered an executive session to discuss negotiations incident to proposed contractual arrangements. No votes or decisions were taken during the meeting, and the two agenda items reserved for possible votes (Ordinance 49-2025 and Resolution R-57-2025) were not acted upon.
