Super Neighborhood Alliance Meeting - July 14, 2025
The Super Neighborhood Alliance (SNA) held a brief special meeting on July 14, 2025, via conference call. Acting Chair opened with an apology for a technology error that caused the meeting notice sent July 7 to not reach members initially. Roll call established a quorum of 19 out of 36 super neighborhoods present. The meeting lasted approximately 18 minutes and covered approval of May minutes, a membership drive announcement, and plans for a September special election.

- Unidentified speaker (Rhonda?): Asked whether the former chair resigned or was asked to resign, and requested a resignation letter. The Acting Chair stated she did not have the letter and offered to provide information offline. Another member (Rhonda) clarified that at a super neighborhood meeting, it was said the former chair resigned, confirming the resignation was only from the SNA presidency.

Meeting Transcript
Again, I know we still have people coming in on the meeting, but before we get the meeting started officially, I want to extend an apology to each of you. Um, I sent out the meeting notice on the 7th of July, but clearly there was a user era, and if not all of you, uh maybe no one actually received them, and I got confirmation of that from Amy and Cheryl. So wanted to definitely let you guys know that that is that was all on me, and I do definitely apologize for that, and I have uh, which is how you got them the second time, but that should have been a BCC. So that is definitely a user era. We will have that corrected for the September's meeting. So wanted to make sure that I get that out there, and you heard it directly from me. I do apologize for that. Um, if that caused any distress, again, my apologies to each of you. Um, but this meeting was definitely announced during our last meeting. Notification was given to everyone, and this is probably going to be about a 15-minute call just to handle some minutes, some business from the last meeting, and to make a couple of announcements of what is going to happen during our September meeting. So again, this will be extremely brief, but I do want to give everybody an opportunity to get in so that we can have a quorum. Um Amy, you'll you'll let us know that. But again, I want to extend my apologies to each of you as the acting chair. That was not my intention. I do want to be mindful and I do want to be respectful to the bylaws that are written. Um, but when there is a technology issue, there is a technology issue, and when it's a user era, it's definitely a user era. So I will hold that. Um, Amy, do you want to give it to 635 or can we go ahead and or do you want to go ahead and just get started? I'm good with getting going, and I can always catch up if people want to put um in the chat. We might do a reminder for people to put in the chat if they could join late.
