Today we're gathering to hear the case of Hill Street Overlook LLC. Before we do that, board members, uh quick administrative um uh note, we need to uh uh approve the uh following meeting minutes. So approval uh all board members have received the minutes for uh the June 18th, 2026 hearing, the closed meeting minutes for June 18, 2026, and the administrative meeting minutes for July 23rd, 2026.
