Good morning, everyone. There is one missing resolution. Resolution 2026-131. That's a resolution authorizing the controller to amend the 2026 operating budget for the town of Huntington and a special district various departments. There is also one replacement, resolution 2026-157. Resolution scheduled a public hearing to consider adopting local introductory law number. It'll be to be assigned. Amending the code of the town of Huntington, Chapter 50, public nuisances, Article 1, General Provisions. There is one resolution that's going to be polled, though, as a result of a restoration agreement having been signed. That's resolution 2026-135, authorizing appropriate actions in accordance with Huntington Town Code, Chapter 156, property maintenance maintenance nuisances. Article 7, Life of Property, Section 156, Bash 67, Action by the Town Board for Failure Complete or Bay Violations. There are actually four late starters.
