The first late starter is resolution authorizing the controller to amend the 2026 operating budget for the town of Huntington and the special district's highway department. Okay, I'll entertain a motion to add the first late late starter as read to the agenda. Motion motion by Councilman Bonardo, second by councilwoman Lupinacci, all in favor, any opposed. Okay. Resolution carries it's resolution 369. The third late starter is as follows. Resolution schedule a public hearing to consider adopting local law introductive number. Amending the code of town of Huntington, chapter 198-27, C6, General Business District, and 1983.1 TCOD, Melville Town Center Overlay District. Provide for financial impact agreements with school districts for certain mixed use developments. Motion. Second.
