Mayor and members of the council, if you'll bear with me just a minute, I'd like to read this to you.

So today we are recognizing two officers and one sergeant whose actions on an ordinary morning became an extraordinary act of courage and ultimately saved a man's life.

So December 5th of 2025, at approximately 720 in the morning, officers were dispatched to the 4400 block of Millbarrel Drive.

A caller had reported that her brother had left the home and was not dressed, was not dressed appropriately for the near-freezing temperatures.

Daniel Bradford (Bradford Recovery Service) stated his company was the low responsible bidder for the city impound contract but was disqualified due to a sign in his office. He asked the council to award the contract to his company.
