Due to an insufficient number of board members present to form a quorum, the board could not hear its regular docket of cases. Instead, Acting Chair James Duke acknowledged automatic continuances, withdrawals, and exercised discretion to transfer several cases to other board divisions or future dates. Petitioner uh submitted an automatic continuance to the February sixteenth, I believe. Thirteenth. Thirteenth, thank you. Two thousand twenty-four hearing.
