Call to order. This is the public hearing of the Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals, Division III. I am Craig E. Von Dalen, Chairperson of Division III. The other board member present is to my left, Kim Boyd. Legal Counsel for the Body today is Chris Steinmetz recording these proceedings today is Ron Hampton. Staff members present today from the Division of Planning are Heather Stephen, Senior Board Specialist and Secretary to the Board. Larry Callaway, Principal Planner 2. Linda Albrand, Principal Planner 2, Jeffrey York, Senior Planner, Robert Eulin Hayek, Senior Planner, Christopher Myers, Senior Planner, Paige Story, Senior Planner. Three board members must be present for an action to be taken. Therefore, every petition on the June 5th, 2018 agenda must be continued. I'm sorry, June 19th, 2018 agenda must be continued. All dismissals, withdrawals, and timely requests for automatic continuances will be acknowledged. Any remaining petitions will be continued and or transferred to a future hearing date. Your continuance options are two-week continuance and transfer to Division 1 on July 3rd, 2018, a three-week continuance and transfer to Division 2, July 10th, 2018, or a one-month continuance to the next hearing of Division 3, July 17th of 2018.
