So the tree staff was in four years with twenty-five case. He hired somebody in the house. Taken care of. To my knowledge. Yeah. So yeah. Oh, to his credit, he did save a couple of big trees that are in all of his parking area. Yeah, it's north north side, it's not mad. Yeah. The uh you know, under the old plan, there would have been a heck of a long logo now, because there's still quite a lot of acreage north of the way his line was. Uh, you know, a case that'll take me to retirement. And then uh things that maybe we hear about the first one. All right, we'll call to order. Uh this is a public hearing on the Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals, Division Three. I am Matthew Draving acting as the chairperson of Division Three today. The other board member present is Tony Boshinko. Legal counsel for the for the board today is Chris Steinmetz recording these proceedings today is Ron Hampton. Staff members present today from the division of planning are Heather Stefan, Stephen, uh Senior Board Specialist and Secretary to the Board, Lisa or Larry Callaway, Principal Planner. Robert uh Yulenhockey, senior planner, Paige Story. I apologize if I got some names wrong there. Senior planner. Uh three board members must be present for an action to be taken. Therefore, every petition on this April sixteenth, two thousand nineteen agenda must be continued today. All dismissals, withdrawals, and timely requests for automatic continuance will be acknowledged. Any remaining petitions will be continued and or transferred to a future hearing date. Here are your three options for your continuance. A four-week continuance and transfer to division one, scheduled for May 14th, two thousand nineteen. A five-week continuance and transfer to Division 2, which would be scheduled for May 21st, 2019. Six-week continuance to the next hearing of this third division, which is May 28, 2019. Heather has placed a hearing schedule at the podium for reference of any additional hearing dates. If no one is present on a particular petition, said petition will be continued to the next hearing of Division III, which is on May 28th, 2019. Are there any questions?
