Okay. I'm going to call this meeting to order. This is a public hearing of the Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals, Division Three. I'm Joanna Taft, Chairperson of Division Three. Other board member, the other board member present today is Rihanna Binder. Legal counsel for the board today is Chris Steinmetz. Staff members present today from the Division of Planning are Chris Patz, current planning administrator. Jeff York, current planning manager, Robert Ulenhake, senior planner, Michael Weigel, Principal Planner 1. Marty Weiste, Senior Board Specialist and Secretary to the Board. Please be courteous and orderly at all times, and please be sure all cell phone ringers are turned off. There are two board members present today. It requires three votes to take action on any request. The board will consider transfer and or continuances in the order that petitions are listed on the agenda. If no request is made, considering considering a transfer or continuance of a petition, all petitions will be automatically continued to the May 26th hearing. Is there anyone in the audience who has any questions about our procedures? So we will consider special requests and continuances at this time. Good afternoon. Appreciate your time. We are here to request a transfer to BZA Division 1 for their May 12, 2026 meeting, if you please. Without I'm sorry, which date? May 12th, Division 1. Okay. Let's hear from staff. Uh, given the circumstances, and that staff is recommending approval of this petition, which would likely allow it to remain on the expedited docket. Uh, we wouldn't have an issue if we continue and support the transfer request. Okay. So um I need a motion. Is that how we're doing it? No, I think we just acknowledge the request. We are acknowledging the request and it will be transferred to the May 12th, continued and transferred to the May 12th hearing. Thank you very much. Okay. Good afternoon, board members. My name is David Gilman. My office address is 211 South Ritter Avenue, suite H Indianapolis 46219. I represent item number eight on your agenda on your expedited portion of the agenda. Um 2026 UV 3001 with 11011 Brookville Road. Um we're on expedited. We have overwhelming neighborhood support. Um we don't uh know of any remonstrators, so we would like for you to consider transferring us to your May 12th BCA docket so that we can continue to move this forward. There is some sensitive financing things that we need to complete as quickly as possible. And uh that additional two weeks would be very important to us if if that would be something that you would consider. Okay, assuming there is no remonstrator for this, we will um hear from staff.
