The sheriff of the commissionary fund report up on the agenda.

I'm here to submit the final report quarter of 2025 commissary report for your review and acceptance.

I'm with the sheriff's office.

I'm here to submit and for your review the final quarter of the 2025 calendar year commissary report.

There's nothing to present.

Um we submitted this back in January for all the council to review.

If there's any questions, I would be happy to take those back to the sheriff.

Counselors, do anyone have any questions or concerns that needs to be addressed?

In order for us to have a quorum, we do have to have additional counselors, and we have appointees that need to be appointed tonight.

So if you give us a little grace for a few other counselors to arrive, so we can continue on with this committee meeting tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen, Richard just arrived.

Maybe that everyone but you the the problem with that is that the other counselors who who would be voting won't have heard that.

Or you could you could reassign this to another committee also.

We have rules next week.

Are they not allowed to vote on it if they don't hear the presentation?

They're not here.

Is that in is that in ordinance?

No, it's pretty much Robert's rules that you need to be present to hear the presentation if you're going to vote on something.

I don't think that's ever been enforced, has it?

Well, you guys have done lots of stuff.

So it's either we can see on that at the same time, but on the that will happen.

The other counselors that are not here may have questions.

Or we can po postpone it to next month.

I would support us hearing the testimony tonight, and then meetings for between now and next committee.

I agree with Counselor Bean because we have taken other appointments.

Um maybe not in this committee, but in other committees without um folks being present.

So it there is precedent for it.

We had a quorum for those.

And then if somebody moves next week that they would like to have them come back, or you know, or we could communicate with our absent counselors ahead of time on what's going on.

Um that that's what I'm saying, at least trying to give them a chance so they don't have to come back.

Councillor Graves.

Well, the presentation today then possibly make them have to come back and present again.

So then they'll be doing double.

So that's less convenient for them.

Yes, uh, Councilor McClormack, I'm sorry.

So it sounds like it's gonna be a second time regardless that our appointees will have to come in, correct?

So whether or not they present or speak or no.

She's Council Pierce said they would.

I would say they need to need to be here on the day that we vote.

So we we can just postpone it to next month.

I was if they're gonna have to do it, we might as well wait and not have to have them present that say the same thing twice.
