The Liberty and Justice for All. Thank you, Mr. Pleasant. Members of the Commission, you've received last week the minutes of the August 17th, 2022 Commission meeting. Are there any additions and delusion or deletions to those minutes? Hearing none, I'll accept the emotion to approve. So moved. Thank you. May I have a second? Second. All those in favor signify by saying aye. Aye. Any opposed. Moving forward. We'll now go to our business policy and resolution portion of the meeting. Nancy, can you read our 11 resolutions into the uh minutes? One stands for a public hearing. Thank you, President Dillon. Resolution number 2022 R028 authorizes DMD to convey title or an option to purchase eight properties to intend Indiana Incorporated for the sale prices listed on exhibit A of the resolution in consideration of certain commitments to be made by Intend Indiana Incorporated for the purpose of providing neighborhood redevelopment. Resolution number 2022 R030 authorizes the director of DMD to utilize TIFF revenues from the Fall Creek COTIF allocation area program fund in an amount not to exceed $575,000 to reimburse the consolidated city for reasonable expenses associated with infrastructure improvements in and around the 2019 lift in the area. Resolution number 2022 R031 authorizes the director of DMD to utilize TIFF revenues from the consolidated redevelopment allocation area program fund in an amount not to exceed 400,000 to reimburse this consolidated city and Marin County for reasonable expenses associated with infrastructure repair, including but not limited to sidewalk, paver, and retaining wall repair. Resolution number 2022 R032 authorizes the director of DMD to amend the current agreement with RLR Associates Incorporated to include additional artwork and to increase the compensation by $6,000 and with new not to exceed total amount of $40,000 for the agreement. Resolution number 2022 R033 authorizes the director of DMD to enter into a professional services agreement with staff, Statoneus, and Hollister LLP to provide legal services relative to the sale of food and beverages in public spaces in an amount not to exceed 10,000 dollars. Resolution number 2022 A023 for public hearing authorizes a waiver of the 2022 tax abatement deduction application filing deadline for TWG Development Incorporated and TWG Polk LLC, located at 1515 Lewis Street Council District 17 Center Township. Resolution number 2022 C 009 authorizes DMD to enter into an agreement with Julian Center to provide rent and utility assistance for nine clients, transitioning from the 34 North Permanent Supportive Housing Development to a Section 8 voucher in an amount not to exceed 50,000 from the Indianapolis Housing Trust Front Fund. Resolution number 2022 P011 authorizes DMD to enter into a professional services agreement with Yard Group LLC, formerly known as Neighborhood Playbook LLC, doing business as yard and company to provide for a strategy and master planning for the market house at the Indianapolis City Market in an amount not to exceed $318,000, $143. Resolution number 2022 P012 authorizes DMD to enter to a professional services agreement with Veritas Group Incorporated to provide for design management and construction oversight services for redesign and redevelopment of the Indianapolis City Market in an amount not to exceed 370,000 dollars. Resolution number 2022 P013 authorizes DMD to enter into a professional services agreement with precision point incorporated to provide three-dimensional laser scanning of the Indianapolis City Market in an amount not to exceed $30,000. Resolution number 2022 P014 authorizes DMD to enter to a professional services agreement with DKGR LLC to provide for design of improvements to the historic Tomlinson Hall Catacombs at the Indianapolis City Market in an amount not to exceed $75,000.
