The first thing we need to do since Commissioner Schumacher is not here is to appoint a substitute secretary for the commission. And um we have to do a nomination. Resolution number 2022 R045 authorizes the director of DMD to extend a term of current agreement with Taft Danius in Hollister for legal services related to ongoing litigation relative to city owned properties at the housing complex known as town and terrace until December 31st, 2023. Resolution number 2022 R046 authorizes Metropolitan Development Commission authorizes the DMD to allocate to intend Indiana Incorporated 100,000 in funding for 2022 for the purpose of carrying out a land banking program in coordination with DMD. Resolution number 2022R047 authorizes DMD to convey title or an option to purchase three properties to intend Indiana Incorporated for the sale prices listed on exhibit A of the resolution and consideration of certain commitments to be made by Intend Indiana Incorporated for the purpose of providing neighborhood redevelopment. Resolution number 2022A 027 for public hearing authorizes a final economic revitalization area for RAIS Bio Inc. for and PLDAB LLC located at 5850 West 86 80th Street, excuse me, 80th Street, Council District 1 Pike Township recommends approval of four years real property tax abatement.
