The Metropolitan Development Commission held its public meeting on June 7, 2023, at 6:00 PM. Consent Calendar

- 2023 A016 (Messer): Amendment to reduce job positions, increase wages, and extend the real property ERA for a 2019 tax abatement at 1045 Harding Court. Approved 7-0.
- 2023 A023 (Century Ventures LLC / Century Bio Pharma Services Inc.): Final economic revitalization area resolution for a five-year real property tax abatement at 4605 Decatur Boulevard and 4410 Coleman Road. Approved 7-0.
- 2023 A024 (Marquee): Waiver of the 2022 pay/2023 deduction application filing deadline for a tax abatement at 2365 Enterprise Park Place. Approved 7-0.
- 2023 A025 (Polaris Laboratories): Determination of compliance with tax abatement terms, requiring payment of $6,325.59 due to non-compliance with new job positions. Approved 7-0.
Continuances
- 2022 CZN/C VR 847 (2619-2627 West Washington Street): Petitioner David King requested a continuance to the July 5, 2023 meeting, stating that the project had removed a liquor store component and now proposed a mixed-use development with five apartments and retail space. The commission granted the continuance, emphasizing it was the final opportunity, after a commissioner noted the site's poor condition. Approved 7-0.
- 2023 ZON 020 (25 South Tuxedo Street) and 2023 ZON 027 (1130 and 1134 East 19th Street): Both continued to the June 21, 2023 meeting pending receipt of commitments. Approved 7-0.

You received your packets last Thursday and in the packets were the minutes from May 17th, 2023. There have been some corrections in those minutes, which were typos.
