Commissioner Garver, can I receive a motion to make Michael James the acting secretary today? So moved. Thank you. Uh Commissioner Robinson, can I get a second? Second. All those in favor signify by saying aye. Aye. Those opposed. MJ, congratulations for the acting secretary. All right. Moving forward. We have in our packet, and we've been trying to get this accomplished for several meetings. I think we're going to get it done today. We have the minutes from the November 15th, 2023 meeting. And we need to have Blackburn Dylan Robinson. That's my five, right? The four. Who am I missing? We need four. We need four votes here with the name, so that would make it. Yeah, but hang on. I had my list here. I need Blackburn. Ah, Schumacher's not here. I know he's out so I'm four for mid votes because we're less than uh eight members. So the four people we need are Dylan Blackburn Garbury and Robinson. I don't need Schumacher. No. You're sure. I need Blackburn Dylan Garver Robinson to vote on the minutes of the November 15, 2023 meeting according to council. Uh can I get a motion to approve those minutes? So moved. Thank you.
