- Resolution 2024 E013 authorized the Department of Metropolitan Development (DMD) to expend $50,000 for services to stabilize the powerhouse building on the Central State campus, to be paid from the Central State allocation fund. (Approved 6-0)
- Resolution 2024 P006 authorized the director of DMD to accept funds from Reclaim Indiana Avenue, not to exceed $15,000, to support the creation of the Indiana Avenue certified strategic plan. (Approved 6-0)
- Item 2024 ZON 008 was continued to the April 17, 2024 meeting due to lack of commitments. (Approved 6-0)
- Item 2023 UV 3022 (a variance petition for 8345 Bass Street) was continued to the April 17, 2024 meeting. (Approved 6-0)
- The adoption of negative findings of fact for variance petitions from the March 20, 2024 meeting was also continued to the April 17, 2024 meeting. (Approved 6-0)

We do have a quorum of six of the commissioners, so we will be moving forward. Everybody stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. Thank you. The minutes of the March 20th meeting have previously been supplied to you. Mr. Pleasant, we got some comments on that? Yeah, the minutes will need to be um reconsidered a little bit, so we'll have to request to continue those to your April 17th hearing, please. Thank you. Counselor, do I need a vote on that? I just we just need to go so acknowledged and move on. Yes, you'll need to vote on it. We do need to vote. The minutes from March 20th have to be edited that have been previously supplied. So we'd like to look at those at the next meeting, which is April 17th. Can I get a motion to move the minutes of March twentieth, 2024 to the April 17th, 2024 meeting? Commissioner James. So move.
