First and foremost, Tyler Oakes and Greg Hahn, who were the counsel in chief for petitioner, are both out of town.

But also importantly, we are working with a consultant on a traffic analysis of the intersection of Keystone and Hannah.

We think that'll be important for the MDC's consideration on appeal.
