I am the acting commission president for today's meeting. First on today's agenda is the adoption of minutes for the June 3rd, 2026 Commission meeting. Do any commissioners have questions, comments, or changes to the minutes? Hearing none, can I get a motion to adopt the June 3rd, 2026 meeting minutes from Commissioner Robinson? So moved. Can I get a second from Commissioner Lyle? Second. I will now call the roll. Hergut. Hurry, yes. Lyle. Lyle, yes. Moriarty. Moriarty, yes. Robinson. Robinson, yes. Schumacher, Schumacher, yes. West. West, yes. And Murphy is a yes. Minutes have been approved. We will now move to special requests. Are there any requests for continuances, withdrawals, or special requests? Thank you, Acting President Murphy. Members of the Commission staff will draw your attention to item number eighteen, petition 2026 ZON023, located at 5436 Brookville Road. The petitioner did submit a letter this morning requesting that this petition be withdrawn. This would just require the commission's acknowledgement. So acknowledged. Thank you. This petition was approved by this body uh two weeks ago, June 3rd, and it was inadvertently put on this docket. So it just acknowledge that this is removed from the docket. Acknowledged. Thank you.
