Uh I run the administration division for IMPD.

Uh he is a new hire for IMPD as our new uh Chief Technology Officer.

So many of the contracts that we bring are tech based.

Uh so I wanted to introduce him uh as he will be presenting most of our tech contracts moving forward.

Uh today is administrative uh we are requesting uh as your packet says uh OPHS board approve and authorize uh us to extend a lease agreement with Brookside owner LLC for 18,29 square feet located uh on Culligan Avenue, Indianapolis um with a new contractual not to exceed of two million seven hundred and seventy-three thousand two hundred and ninety-one dollars and thirty-one cents.

This particular building is where we house many of our undercover and covert uh folks.

Uh it was originally procured through the uh public vetting process through City County Council, public notice, uh all steps were followed, and this is the uh renewal for another five years at the location, and that's what I'm here today asking for approval of any questions or comments from the board.

    • Phoenix Outfitters: Duty shoes for new recruits (based in Ohio). Chief Cook explained that splitting the contracts allowed for competitive bidding against MES’s market dominance and that the contracts would cover two recruit classes (January 2026 and January 2027). A board member expressed support for using local vendors. A motion to approve all three items (090325B, C, and D) was made by Ingram, seconded by Lee, and approved unanimously.
