Miss Hipman consistently demonstrates an outstanding attitude when interacting with passengers and fellow operators.

Angela's nominator recounted how professionally Angela responded to an accident in which she was involved.

Despite the stressful situation, Angela maintained her composure and immediately shifted her focus to calming the other driver who was shaken after her first accident.

She approached the driver with kindness and empathy, providing reassurance that everything would be all right.

Angela's ability to convey calmness not only ease the other driver's anxiety, but also helped to establish a positive atmosphere at the scene of the incident.
