2:59

The next item is the current projects.

3:04

So I'll call on Joe Glass to provide the updates on the current projects.

3:11

So on uh Thursday of last week, we went before the public works committee of the uh Indianapolis City Council uh to present a resolution uh concerning the refunding of existing um Indy Roads debt.

3:23

Um that was approved unanimously and will go to the full council at uh the uh July meeting.

3:28

Um so we will be issuing 40 million dollars uh in new money for um road infrastructure projects uh as well as uh a tender refunding in an amount up to 121 million dollars um exist of existing Indy Roads debt.

3:42

Um the final uh I guess the next two steps for that will be going before the full council, and then we will be um uh setting that for approval uh for this board at uh the July uh meeting.

3:54

Um other projects that we're working on, we are um we'll be issuing 20 million dollars in debt uh for uh health and hospital corporation for three new um ambulance bays.

4:05

Um that will likely come before the board um in October.

4:09

Um and we are also issuing uh facility revenue bonds for uh parking facilities at the community justice campus.

4:16

Um that will also likely come before the board in October.

4:21

Happy to answer any questions about those.

4:25

Also, hand it over to uh Deputy Director Karen Strunk um to speak to some activity at the airport as well as um a project um that she's helping on behalf of the bond bank um called the ground floor.

4:36

So the airport will um introduce at their uh meeting this month um an introductory resolution to approve a short-term financing of up to 185 million dollars.

4:48

Um that is um for a number of projects, um baggage claim system and some parking garage expansion, parking lot expansion, as well as some um taxiway and other um uh workout on the uh airport field um is it be included there will also be a refunding um of their 2016 debt um so if we can rope all those in together um while we do the short term financing that would be our our hope um so that won't come I don't have a timeline set exactly for when that will come back to this board um but it will start the airport uh approval process this month um and that would be a short-term financing that we would um hope to close by year end um and then also um I've been working on a project um with the Circle Area Community Development Corporation of which the bond bank administers um it's called ground floor so the city has a program called start 317 which was started um many years ago with developendy um and we've you know been involved in it in some way or another at the bond bank and um we've determined that this is a good time to rename the um program and so what the program is is it leases um has mass releases for retail storefronts uh currently we have two at the stuts as part of a developer back bond incentive project um and so we are um rebranding the program and then also looking to expand um some retail locations but we will um put a press release out this week um as well as launch our applications for our next two stuff locations so some exciting work that we're doing thanks Garen that that's it for us happy to answer any questions anybody have any questions for Joe motion is no uh questions being asked um we'll entertain a motion to adjourn go a second second all in favor say aye aye the meeting now is adjourned thank you hope everybody can have a nice seat
