So, Bob, would you call, make the roll call, please? Yes, directors indicate your attendance when I call your name. I'm going to start with those present, and then I'll read off who might be online. Um Director Hahn. Present. Present. Director Wilson. Director Fagan. Director Slash. Present. Thank you. Um Director Quick, are you online? Okay. Director Smith. Okay. Does not appear that he's present, but either way, we have a court. Okay. Thanks a lot, Bob. Um regular agenda. As I indicated, uh, we only have one item on the agenda today, which is the public hearing on the proposed 2027 budget. The uh proposed 2027 budget was introduced at the board's last regular meeting, which was held on July the 16th, 2026. Notice that this public hearing was published in the Indianapolis Star, and the budget has been available for public inspection upon request. If anyone desires to speak, please put your name on the list that is with the board's administrative staff up front here on the diocese. Who's got the right there? All right. Oh, right there. When your name is called, please come up to the podium and state your name in your city, state, and zip code. You will be given two minutes to provide comments. We kindly ask that your comments be directed solely to the proposed 2027 budget. Is there anyone here wishing to speak to the proposed 2027 budget? Let the record reflect that there's no one that has come forward uh and signed in or is requested to speak on the budget. I will now close the public hearing and turn this matter over to the board for discussion. Are there any questions or comments from the board members? Okay. Seeing none, take a motion to adjourn. So moved. All the Bob, we need a roll call. No, okay. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Aye. All opposed, let the record reflect there is no opposition. Thank you all very much for taking your time and being here.
