I'm assuming is the companion for that. Ex parte open close amend and move. What are the conditions on that? Anything? Were they added at um planning commission? Or they okay. Um applicant was agreeable to it. Is the traffic um engineering study and then also um visual screening for the outside storage? Okay, got it. Was there any people who showed up to ask for that, or it was just the planning commission's good. Good to the chair, the the planning department issued the conditions. Um just during our review, but planning commission agreed with them. And the applicant also agreed. Okay, okay, cool.
