• Overflow Parking Lot at Cauley Creek Park: Assistant City Manager Haggard presented the construction bid of $435,030 with a 10% contingency from Backbone Infrastructure, LLC for an 87-space paved parking lot near the pickleball courts to address parking demand and support future programming at the park and makerspace. Council discussed the location (between the courts and the old water treatment plant) and the decision to pave rather than use gravel.
