Commissioner Potts? Here. And Commissioner Stafonsky is present. We have a quorum. First upon the agenda is citizens to be heard on agenda items. So anybody would like to address the board. Okay, seeing none. I'm seeking a motion to move to closed session above the agenda items. I'll motion that. Second it. Roll call, please. Commissioner Potts. Aye. Aye. Chairman Adamowski. Aye. And Commissioner Stefansky. Aye. Motion carries. We'll be going into closed session. Okay. Good to go. Okay. I am seeking a motion to come back into open session of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners meeting on Monday, March 9th, 2028, at 6.49 p.m. For the record, we just exited closed session. We are now back into open session. Next up on the the agenda are four agenda items for this portion of the meeting. We are going to refer to Council Coyle, who will go through each of these documents before we have a vote. So the uh chairman, the first item on the agenda was a motion to accept the motion for discovery, which effectively is just a procedural matter of formally accepting the filing of the motion.
