I'm uh here on the uh Whimsey trucking matter, and this is uh proceeded through the process uh and has been uh supported uh at the PCC and planning commission and staff.

Um we worked with staff quite a bit on this, and it it's it's uh adjacent to an existing project that Whimsey owns already out.

Um there was just one issue that came up.

I just wanted to make you aware of it, so for your consideration as we go through tonight and tomorrow night, and that was the issue of stacking of containers.

Um we had requested uh be able to stack three high uh staff did not support that, and it was not supported at any level prior to the board of the council here.

Um I just wanted to give a little rationale on why we're requesting this, and we are still requesting it for the council.

The property, if you pay attention, or you will pay attention when you see it, it uh there's a back third of the property that's cut off by a gas pipeline.

Um we tried to get permission from the pipeline to put a asphalt over that so we could use that back portion of the property.

Uh they were not willing to work with us in that regard, so we cannot access that back triangle.

Um the other issue was staff had asked for a uh pretty significant setback on the roadside, which we agreed to.

So what that does is with the setback and the loss of that back third, it sort of leaves us with a lot less land to use.

This will not be long-term stacking, it's just a day or two stacked, and then move things move in and out.

Even though I have talked to Whimsy tried to find out who was trying to buy my Ma's place, I talked to Whimsy people, and I was told that they had no uh no uh no interest in buying my ma's property.
