Um next item is approval of minutes, minutes from the public work committee meeting on Tuesday, October 9th, 2025. They're in the packet. Motion second to approve minutes 25090 from October 9th, 2025. Any comments or questions by anyone on the committee? If not, please uh please mark your vote on the minutes. Okay, the minutes have been approved. Is presented. Next item, new business. Resolutions to be introduced. First item, resolution 25139. A resolution of the city of Jonesboro, Arkansas to authorize the mayor and city clerk to accept a permanent drainage easement from Christopher and Marilyn Newsom for the purpose of constructing and maintaining drainage improvements. Whereas the City of Jones, Borough, Arkansas desires to accept the following described easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining drainage easements. Part of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section 10, Township 14, North Range 4 East. Craighead County, Arkansas being more particularly described as follows. Legal description follows containing 2198 square feet more or less, subject to all rights of way and easements of record. Now therefore be it resolved by the city council for the city of Jonesboro, Arkansas. That section one, the mayor and city clerk are hereby authorized by the city and city council for the city of Jonesboro, Arkansas to accept the easement described above. Umas the city of Jonesburg, Arkansas desires to accept the following described right of way for the purpose of constructing and maintaining roadway improvements, a part of the northwest quarter of section 16, Township 14, North, Range 4 East, Jonesboro, Brakehead County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows. The legal description follows containing 2,436 square feet more or less, subject to all rights of way and easements of record. Now therefore, be it resolved by the city council for the city of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that section one. Make a motion that this be forwarded to the full council. Second.
