Good evening, everyone. Welcome to the City of Jonesboro Metropolitan Area Planning Commission meeting for Tuesday, February 10th, 2026. I'll call roll. If you're here, check in. Wait, hold on. Everybody. You do? Real call 10 is at the top. Chris had turned green. There you go. It okay. I will now open up for the discussion of the minutes from the January 13th meeting. Are there any changes to be made? Or I'll entertain a motion for approval. Motion we approve the minutes from the last meeting. Okay, cast your ballot for the approval of the minute. Stand approved. First and only item we have on the agenda tonight. This is a rezoning request. Klaus property management is requesting a rezoning from R1 to RS6 single family residential district at 900 Caraway Road, North Caraway Road. Do we have the proponent for this item here tonight? Okay. I guess we'll proceed with our discussion. City planner, do you have staff comments on this? Yes, I do. Um it does meet all the criteria for rezoning, so we would recommend approval with the following stipulations that the proposed site shall satisfy all requirements of the city engineer, all requirements of the current stormwater drainage design manual and floodplain regulations regarding any new construction.
