Caraway Road: David Tapp (Pediatrics Plus) requested a PUD to allow a farmhouse for children with autism, including a 12,000 sq ft building, a barn with donkeys/sheep, a chicken coop, greenhouse, and gardens. The facility would operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30-6:30 PM, with minimal lighting. Staff recommended approval with stipulations (satisfy city engineer requirements, stormwater and floodplain compliance, final site plan approval, and change of use subject to planning department approval).
