City Board Meeting Cancelled Due to Lack of Quorum – August 18, 2026
The regular meeting of the (presumably) City Board or Commission scheduled for August 18, 2026 at 7:30 PM was unable to be called to order because a quorum of commissioners was not present. The chair noted that two commissioners were out and they awaited a third for two to three minutes, but no quorum materialized. The meeting was therefore cancelled and will be rescheduled for the next regular meeting date.

The underlying. Yeah. Well yeah, that's more. Was it a chosen? Was it a chosen job change or was it a fourth job change? Yeah, but some years up. Better better off. Green or pastures? We built those we built those four houses to sell. And we built them at the Pete, so we got them at like eight eight percent interest rate. So we built those seventeen houses and seventeen right now. This is this is a hard time I know. Yeah, we will go either. Or buy the house of them and all the way. But that's just how much it costs the building position. I mean it's like that house really building. So it's like easy here to easier, right? Yeah, I don't think we're working all right. Oh, it's beast on that. Well, you know, it's me, but the shot is like $49 a sheet paid for a second. Yeah. They came back down now, I think that's 14%. It's still it's still high though compared to what it was, but it'll never go back. Those companies made those margins and they're gonna lower enough to get it up and that's everything. Food and I do five. Yeah, but you're gonna lower that out telling everyone. That's uh but it was for the both. Let's trust. Uh he's usually here if he's gonna be here. Um that's yeah, they've been going more often, but it's just constantly thinking about work. And then my sister had a kids and we got a grainful down, so he's trying to focus up with the roll or two. Clean the party like cleaning them part of the thing in the parking lot. And then he's cleaning them and he's mowing more, and it's just you have a lot. You don't want to give up the rain, but it's one thirty. Right now we don't have a quorum. Um we're gonna give uh one of the commissioners we haven't heard from yet. We know two are out. We know two are out, so it's kinda depends on one. So we're gonna give him two or three more minutes just see if he can get here. And if not, uh then we're gonna have to um just have to go to the next meeting. Sorry about that, but I mean literally we got thirteen minutes of notice when we You mean go to the next month? Yep.
