We're uh currently reframing the stairways on the inside, uh framing H back platforms in the attic, uh replacing all the damaged and rotted studs and joists and subfloor. Uh we anticipate being done with the first building on the interior framing uh sometime hopefully starting next week. And I've got a plumber scheduled in right behind them. Um the architect and engineer currently um we're I don't know if it's submitted to the city yet, but we're looking at changing some stuff on the electrical plan. So as soon as I have that change made and submitted, be really close to being able to schedule an electrician in there to start.
