Mr. Wicklin. Here. Mr. Tucker did notify us that he would not be here. Do we have a motion to uh excuse Mr. Tucker's absence? So moved. Second. There was a motion by Mr. Windsor, seconded by Mr. Wicklin that Mr. Tucker's absence be uh excused. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Those opposed. Motion carries. Um has everyone had a chance to review the minutes from the April meeting? Yes, sir. I notice one little thing, and uh she's actually making that change. But other than that, is there a motion to approve as submitted? So moved. The motion by Mr. Windsor seconded by Mr. Duncan that uh the uh meeting minutes of April be approved.
