Mr. Wicklin. Here. Mr. Tucker did notify us that he would not be here. Do we have a motion to uh excuse Mr. Tucker's absence? So moved. Second. There was a motion by Mr. Windsor, seconded by Mr. Wicklin that Mr. Tucker's absence be uh excused. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Those opposed. Motion carries. Um has everyone had a chance to review the minutes from the April meeting? Yes, sir. I notice one little thing, and uh she's actually making that change. But other than that, is there a motion to approve as submitted? So moved. The motion by Mr. Windsor seconded by Mr. Duncan that uh the uh meeting minutes of April be approved. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Those opposed motion carries. I'll let you talk. We're gonna do it just a little different this morning. We've got three properties we have to address uh first. We'll do those and then the uh if anyone's here to speak on it, you can, but uh then we'll come back and get to the uh rest of the agenda. Sorry for the uh delay.
