Mr. Wicklin. Here. Mrs. Harrington? Yes. Has everyone had a chance to review the minutes from the last meeting? Yes. Do we have a motion to approve? So moved. Second. It was a motion by Mrs. Arrington, second by Mr. Wicklin that uh the June Board of Appeals minutes be approved. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Those opposed. The motion carries. Just go ahead and come up to the podium. Give us your uh name and address and the property you're here to speak on, please. Morning. Good morning. Um Jason White. Um 700 Lockhart Street in Dunelwig. Uh properties 512 West 20th. So we have the whole item 390. Sorry, the whole outside of that building has been completely rebuilt from scratch. Um all new wood from the uh from the sill plate all the way up to the rafters. Um now has house wrap all the windows have been put in, so everything is all sealed, and we are ready to start putting siding on. So we had significant stuff done this month. I drove by yesterday and I was really glad to see that it's obviously on your priority list now, isn't it? Yeah, yeah. Do you expect to do the siding this week or this month? I'm sorry. Yeah, you can't. Yeah, so our goal is to have siding and uh the roof done this month, or at least one of those two done this month, and then uh we'll go into the inside.
