1:02

A big um something big to show up this time.

1:09

We did a little stuff because we're holding off for the electrician and the plumber to show up.

1:15

I end up having changed electricians because the old electrician I have been telling him to come every week by two months.

1:25

So it's been two months signed being telling SWMO to come and finish the job.

1:31

And the secretary keep telling me they will come as an example next Wednesday, and they just never show up.

1:39

And when I call they have an excuse, something had more priority to take care of.

1:45

So I decided to not go for work with them.

1:48

I hired a new company.

1:50

I submitted it this week with uh Shelley.

1:54

Um the name of the company, it's M.

1:58

Sorry, AMPC Electric.

2:02

Uh she should be sorry, he should be starting his job uh on this house this weekend.

2:10

He said he will have it done this uh next week.

2:15

And then I just gonna wait for uh the plumber to come.

2:20

I haven't decided for someone, but I have been meeting this week with a bunch of uh plumbers too.

2:26

I'm just deciding which one to go forward because apparently this is gonna be a lot more expensive than expected because we are gonna have to make a new hole to run um clean water pipe to the house, and we probably will have to run new drainage to the city connection for the drain, and that's what expected this month this coming month
