Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Jopla, Missouri will hold a special meeting beginning at 5 o'clock PM on Tuesday, January 20th, 2026, in the fifth floor council chambers, 602 South Main Street, to discuss the topics below roll call. Mr. Bard? Present. Ms. Carlin. Mr. Coppel. Present. Mr. Ditar? Present. Dr. Farnum. Mr. Jackson. Present. Mr. Lawson. Present. Mr. Shaw. Present. Mayor Cortez. Present. Vote to go into closed session, which shall pertain to legal action, causes of action, or litigation, including a public governmental body and any confidential or privilege communications between a governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys. Pursuant to state laws set forth in section 610-021 subsection one of the revised statute of Missouri as amended 2020. This meeting record and vote to be closed.
