Yes, and there has been research done as to the effect that that would not have any uh not would not permit any negative impact on the building.

If someone were to pull a demolition permit, the historic designation process freezes the process as I understand it, at least in the time frame we are, so there will be no materially negative impact on what's being done now.

The request arises from just a request of staff to have more legal analysis as to I think certain questions that have been raised subsequent to the neighborhood planning and development committee meeting.
