Today we will be honoring Michael Radbaugh on his retirement for 29 plus years of serving Kansas City in the water department.

A few words from his colleagues.

First, he is someone who is outstanding.

He's a problem solver.

He's a um navigator of issues.

He is a understands city limitations and works with departments to fill those gaps, usually with notable sacrifices and to himself in ways that would work in bridging communication between different departments.

He is someone that works heavily in understanding the background and research of different stormwater drain issues in Kansas City.

His current supervisor has only good and notable information to share about him.

When knowing of his retirement, they said that they will be losing a big chunk.

Ooh, wow, okay, big chunk of knowledge and information in the department and understanding navigating issues regarding stormwater.

So he has in-depth knowledge of stormwater infrastructure at various locations, and he really helps groups uh do jobs effectively and efficiently.

Um not taking shortcuts and he's in his work in the last 10 years of his uh supervisor knowing him.
