Let the record reflect all members are present. Can I get the first item please? Minutes of the October 16, 2024 planning committee. Um it was deferred to due to the lack of quorum. Move to approve. The testimony must uh has to be regarding the minutes, the item that's on the agenda, which is the minutes of the October 16th planning committee meeting. I will be allowed to testify.
