Uh the the first two of the only two items, items four and five, are uh pertain to the same parcel of property.

The first one is a land use amendment, land use map amendment 202101, and then also a rezoning on that same parcel of property uh 2021.

The application in this case is submitted by Miller and Associates for Grandview West LLC and Nebraska Limited Liability Company for an amendment to the land use map of the city of Carney concrete develop comprehensive development plan from neighborhood mixed use and low density to medium density residential property is described as a tract of land being part of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter, and a part of the southeast quarter, the northwest quarter of section 26 Township 9 North Ray 16 West.

Parcel is located east of 11th Avenue between 50th Street and 55th Street.

The second part of that is subsequently a rezoning, and the R the uh request by uh Grand West is to rezone from District AG Agricultural to District R3 Urban Residential Multifamily District Medium Density, the same parcel of property.
