Uh the first item that we have is a hearing, uh, and this is on rezoning 2022-01 for a vacant lot on the east uh portion of on east east of 303 West 38th Street, and the application is to rezone from District R1 Urban Residential Single Family District Low Density to District R2 Urban Residential Mixed Density and this property uh is described as lot 13 except for the West 1.5 feet uh block three Skyline Drive Subdivision.
