The Kearney Planning Commission met on December 16, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. in City Council Chambers. The meeting focused on a series of interrelated applications for the Greg Brandt property located north of W Road, west of Cherrywood Street, within Kearney County's extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ). All items were approved unanimously.

But for the convenience of this, we're basically dealing with the same parcel of land, which is uh part of government lots two, three, and four, and the accretion of budding said lots located in section 12, 20 uh township eight north range 16 west of the 16th 6th principal meridian. Carney County, Nebraska. This is on the north side of W Road west of Cherry Wood Street.
