Um, the applicant proposed 182 units um as part of their rezoning packet.

However, based on our definition in section 1.09.02 of our UDC and the zoning um designation, the maximum number of units permitted will be significantly different.

The applicant, Matthew Floyd, was present with legal counsel. Ms. Willis confirmed all requirements were met, including the alcohol workshop, public hearing advertisement, background check, and distance survey. The Council approved the license unanimously (5-0).
