Good afternoon, everyone. It is now three PM. I called this meeting to order. Let the record show that all council members are present with the exception of Councilmember Nash King. She's absent. Uh we will have our invocation by Councilmember Williams and our plagiarions by Councilmember Bass. Let us pray. I ask that you grant our council members wisdom, designment, and clarity as we make decisions for the greater good. Help us to act with justice, compassion, and unity. And may our work today benefit everyone in our city. Amen. All forces presidents place your right hand over your heart and all military personal veterans render a proper salute. Present Holmes. Order Holmes. Thank you. Thank you, Commander. Thank you for the invite. Thank you, Councilmember Williams, for the invocation, and thank you, Councilmember Bass for the prejudicies. I need a motion to approve the agenda. Do we have a motion to approve the agenda? Uh Councilmember Brown. Move to approve the agenda. I second the motion, Mayor. It was motion by Councilmember Brown and second by Councilmember Bass. All in favor, signify by a saying. Yes, all opposed? No. Okay, please raise your hand. Yes. All those in favor. The motion carries six to zero. And we will continue with our work session. Madam Secretary. MN twenty-six zero one nine consider minutes of regular count city council meeting of May nineteenth, twenty twenty-six. Good afternoon, Mr. Wilson. Good afternoon, Mayor Council. Tonight we got a couple of FAA grants that we're going to talk about. If I can make this thing work. On August 26, 2025, the city received a $950,000 grant from the Federal Innovation Administration through an airport infrastructure grant to fund the design phase, including administration design, building and engineering services. Final grant amounts will be determined after the bids have been received. To meet the FAA timelines, staff requests City Council approve authorizing the city manager or his designee to accept AIP grants upon their receipt. With the remaining five percent match provided through the FAA approved pasture facility charge application that was approved on March 14th, 2025. And there'll be no impact to the aviation operating fund or the fund balance. Basically, we're getting some major uh airport infrastructure of a little over three and a half million dollars worth at absolutely no cost to the city or the airport. So the recommendation is city council authorized city manager is designee to accept the airport improvement program grant and airport uh infrastructure grant with the Federal Aviation Administration for the Turnal Rehab Projects Improvement Projects at Clean Regional Airport, and I'd be happy to answer any questions. Thank you, sir. Any questions from the council? There are no questions. Uh thank you, Mr.
