Um let the record reflect that Director Train is joining us virtually. Moving to the approval of minutes from February 9th, 2026. Motion made by Council President Dickinson, second by Director Gallagher. Uh any additions, corrections, or discussion. See and none, please vote. And that motion passes unanimously. Moving to our next agenda item, bidder's proof of responsibility, uh item 251165. Thanks, Mayor. None today. CNN. Moving on to our next agenda item 260165. Request to approve S cycle with cross plant industrial wastewater discharge permit. Yeah, that's me. Um, thank you for this opportunity to speak with you today. Um, Jared's off. So um my name's Andrew. I'm the special projects coordinator for the city of Lacrosse. Um, I run the um pre-treatment program here for the wastewater department. Um, so what we have today is uh a permit for SMS cycle. They're an industry um that we permit. It's uh discharge permit. Um we have five-year terms, so um their current permit is set to expire next month. So this is um really just a renewal um for them um to continue discharging to us here at the wastewater treatment plant. Thank you very much, Andrew. Uh are there any questions from Board of Works Commissioners? Council President Dickinson. I think this is a simple question. Does this require them to pay a fee for the permit? Um, not for the permit itself, but they do pay um for the testing that we do, and then um to run the pretreatment program, they'll pay fees for that. Thank you. Any other questions? Thank you. Moving on to our next agenda item 260180, report of quotes for the non-compliant utility services on 33rd Street project. All right, Director Gallagher. Sure, thanks, Mayor. Um so I don't recall the timeline about a month or so ago, uh, maybe two months. Um, I know the utilities folks came to the Board of Public Works to talk about a process we want to follow here to try to help out homeowners, property owners uh with non-compliant uh sanitary services or water services wanting to bid out the portion in the public right of way uh with a partial assessment to the owners to help facilitate that work um to relieve the burden of a lot of the pavement removal and replacement and patching out in the public. So this is the first of I believe three or four that we have ready. Um, because it needs to be approved um, not as a CIP expense, but as a quote, it's these will be coming back to the Board of Public Works. And I don't recall if we have staff here to speak to this one. I don't see Evan, but uh Stephanie's here.
