All right, hello everyone. We're gonna call this meeting to order at 4 32 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3rd, a special meeting of the common council. Uh let the record reflect that all members are present with the exception of and all our these are excused individuals, uh Councilmember Kalo, Councilmember Mendel, and currently Councilmember Bedford. All right. Uh moving on to our first agenda item 260215. Resolution approving agreement to purchase real estate 300 2nd Street South Lacrosse, Wisconsin. Uh, please note the council may convene in closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 1985 1E to formulate and update negotiation strategies and parameters. Following such closed session, the council may reconvene in open session. Uh at this time I will take a motion to do we got to suspend the rule before we do this. Yeah, we'll just move the vote. Okay, gotcha. Thank you. Uh so at this time I'll take a motion to move into closed session. Motion made by councilmember Pedesky. Is there a second? Second by councilmember Weston. All right, please vote. And that motion passes unanimously. All right, we will now move into closed session. Thank you.
