Then we will be taking a short break, then there will be a short FP meeting, and then we will resume council. So we're delayed a little bit tonight, but that was expected. All right. I believe I'm ready to entertain a motion. Is that the next thing I need to do? Thank you. Councilmember Pedesky. Thank you. Um I make the motion that we fight the or we uh yeah, fight the IRB board decision on the Campbell appeal. Okay, I have a motion on the floor to continue with the appeal process regarding the IRB decision. Do I have a second? Where are we in front? We had to wait for the computer to catch up. Thank you. All right, I have a motion to appeal by councilmember Pedesky, a second by councilmember Newberry. Any discussion? Then I will call the vote. And that passes 10 yes, one no, and we had two excused people, so that is the correct number. Um at this time, for those of you that need a point of privilege, we will go ahead and do that. And then I believe uh councilmember Goggin would like to take this chair so she can run the F and P meeting. So we will take five.
