Good evening. If you haven't signed in yet, I think you can. Um, I will call this meeting to order. It is Thursday, April 9th, 2026. It is five thirty-one p.m. I guess. Yes. Um tonight we are here. We have most of us in person, and those that cannot join us in person are not able to be online. So we have a quorum of eleven. Thank you. Um, Councilmember Bedford, Councilmember Weston are therefore excused. Our first agenda item and only agenda item for this special meeting is twenty-six-three eight six. Status update and possible action regarding the town of Campbell Incorporation Petition in Lacrosse County. Case two zero four-c v dash six four six. The council may convene in closed session pursuant to Wisconsin statute nineteen point eight five pair and one pair and G to confer with legal counsel. Following such closed session, the council may reconvene in open session. I give instructions and don't follow.
